How to Make Paleo Inspired Slice, for in Between Meals


Walnuts

Almonds

Goji berries

Dates

Dried apple

Mix it all

Blend it all

I like it a little chunky, blend to suit

Add some almond meal and Mix it all up

I'm using pea protein for an extra in the mix sometimes I use cocoa or vanilla.

A teaspoon of oil

Couple of eggs in and mix

Into an oven tray smooth and pack down

175 c for 10 mins

Leave to cool

Slice and eat.
