How to make a healthy zucchini lasagna


Ingredients: Extra lean minced meat, chopped tomatoes (canned), low fat mozarella, onion, zucchini, garlic salt, cajun spice, fry light.

Non-stick pan, tin, spatula, chopping knife, mandoline, chopping board, measuring cups

Chop onion and use mandoline to cut the zucchini into strips

Heat meat in the pan with fry light

Heat onion in pan until golden

Heat onion, meat, tomatoes and spices in a pan for 2-3 mins

Put zucchini in the tin first

Put half of the meat/tomato/onion-sauce on top, then zucchini, rest of the meat-sauce and finally the low fat cheese on top.

Heat on 200 degrees celcius for 5-10 mins (or until golden). Enjoy😋
